My Approach

Brittany Creighton Counselling takes a client-centered approach to therapy, coaching, and wellness care. We are dedicated to achieving holistic healing using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, and narrative therapy. Our focus is on providing individual counseling, couples counseling, youth counseling, and consulting services. We cater to individuals from all walks of life, including those who are neurodivergent. I specialize in working with people to become better versions of themselves so they can lead more fulfilled lives. Together we can work to recognize the strengths and resilience you have within, so you can apply it to your everyday reality. ​

 

I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, family discord & relationship issues. I have run programs for children with cognitive disabilities & behavioural challenges while assisting parents with caregiver stress and compassion fatigue. I worked in a medical setting which focuses on health and wellness overall.

 

I have worked with individuals to develop better relationships, create more balance in their lives, to become more confident and empowered to reach their full potential. I offer a safe, reflective space for you to share your story & begin to heal. I work from a holistic approach that encourages healing. I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns!
